AI Events for Shlichus, 2025 to 2026

A dated list of the AI-for-shlichus events from the November 2025 Kinus AI Day to the AI track at the Kinus Hashluchim starting November 4, 2026, with links to every recording.

On this page

In one year the AI for Shlichus group went from a single AI Day at the Kinus to a regular webinar series, a weekly newsletter, and an AI track at the next Kinus. This page lists the events in order with their recordings. Dates come from the group's own announcements and the recording upload dates; Hebrew dates are added where they help.

All recordings are on the Webinars page. They are also published as a podcast on Spotify (since late July 2026, weekly-06) and Apple Podcasts (since August 2026, weekly-07).

What grew up around the events

  • The ChabadLabs Weekly. A weekly newsletter since July 2026, with the news, a dvar Malchus, tips and a webinar replay in each issue. Archive: Newsletter. Members said it was where they first heard of tools like Wispr Flow.
  • The ChabadLabs App Store (August 2026, weekly-07), a directory of apps shluchim built with AI: Apps.
  • The AIFS WhatsApp Community (September 2026, weekly-11), with separate groups for beginners, agents, creative work, and Torah and content, next to the main groups and the shluchos group. See Shluchos Use Cases.
  • Requests from local kinusim. In July 2026 a regional kinus asked the group for a local speaker on practical AI, and a yeshivah administrators' gathering heard a session on AI and mesorah.

A ChabadLabs Promptathon announced in September 2026 for the Kinus was cancelled on October 14, 2026.

Before you go to a session

  • Bring one task you do every week, so you leave with something specific to try.
  • Watch AI 101 first if you are new. Several later sessions assume it.
  • Ask your questions during the session if the format allows. A common complaint about the 2025 workshops was that questions were held to the end.
