The standard workflow
- Auto-record the meeting (Zoom AI, Fireflies, or Read.ai).
- Get the transcript plus auto-summary.
- Pipe the transcript into Claude for action items, follow-ups, donor notes, calendar events, and draft emails.
- Optionally push to a CRM via MCP or API. See CRM Automation.
A voice-note pipeline
One community CRM does this end-to-end:

Multilingual meetings (Spanish / Hebrew / English)
Unresolved as of the chat window. Fireflies and Upmeet both claim mixed-language support; no one in the group has tested this exhaustively.
Privacy notes
- Otter.ai's contact-permission grab is a red flag.
- Anything that auto-joins your calendar sees every meeting; configure it before enabling.
- On Workspace-managed accounts, admins can see transcripts.
