Every image model still mangles Hebrew: wrong letters, reversed word order, invented characters. Do not fight it. The reliable approach is to let AI make the picture and to place the Hebrew yourself.

Either way, Canva is where the Hebrew goes on, because that is where you control the exact font, size, and right-to-left order. Nano Banana renders Hebrew better than most on the first try, but better is still not correct, so plan to redo the text by hand.
